A .skill file is a packaged Claude capability, a documented, ready-to-run set of instructions and prompts you load directly into Claude in seconds. Think of it as a shortcut: instead of rebuilding a complex prompt from scratch every time, you load the skill and Claude knows exactly what to do. Skill files are included with in-person 1:1, small group, and team sessions.
Yes. Beyond core training, we set up connectors so Claude works inside Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, your calendar, Slack, Notion, and QuickBooks. Add a connector session to any training, or book one on its own. You leave with a working integration and the know-how to run it yourself.
Not at all. Every session is designed for busy owners who aren't developers or tech experts. All you need is a laptop, an active subscription to the tool being taught, and a willingness to try things. We handle everything else, no jargon, no prerequisites, no judgment.
You'll need an active paid subscription to the tool being taught: Claude Pro (for Claude for SMB), ChatGPT Plus, Microsoft Copilot (via M365), or Google Gemini (via Google Workspace). Free tiers are too limited to get full value from the session. We recommend signing up at least a day before training so you're not troubleshooting logins on the day.
Recording isn't included by default. Instead, you walk away with thorough written notes plus your prompt pack and .skill file, so you have everything you covered in a form that's quick to reference. If you'd like to record your session, just mention it when booking and we'll set it up.
Webinars run live over Zoom, including the group entry workshop and the private webinar. In-person formats, the 1:1, small group, and team workshops, are on-site anywhere within 50 miles of Brevard County. The on-site group workshops run 3 hours with a 10-minute break each hour. For teams beyond 50 miles, travel is quoted up front before you book.
Travel within 50 miles is included in the session price. Beyond that, we bill round-trip miles over 50 at the standard IRS mileage rate, plus travel time on longer trips, always quoted and agreed on before you book. No surprises.
Your notes, prompt pack, and .skill file are yours to keep, use them any time. For ongoing help, we offer a training retainer with async support, plus follow-up consulting sessions whenever you want to go deeper. And if you have a quick question after training, reach out, we're not going anywhere.
The Team Workshop covers up to 10 people. For larger teams or multi-session rollouts, reach out directly and we'll scope it together, custom pricing for larger groups is available.
