We started Finish Work Studio because we love working alongside other business owners. There's nothing better than watching a business get built from the ground up. We're the crew that gets it found, gets it booked, and keeps it running.

Finish Work Studio didn't start in front of a screen. It started on job sites. In the early 2000s Peter was a partner in a construction company finding new ways to build, while Randy had been doing in-house graphic design since 1998 and marketing since 2001 for live events, small businesses, and friends. That construction work pulled us into material market research, partnering with vendors and manufacturers to build more sustainable housing.
Chasing that goal took us to conventions across the country, where we crossed into home health, lifestyle, home security, and modern build products. Over the past six years we helped a couple of startups build their brand and marketing strategy, grounded in real research, with Maleah joining in 2018. By 2025 we realized what we loved most was the work itself: helping a business build a brand and online identity worth being proud of. So in 2026 we made it official, moving into web design, app development, branding, and marketing. The name says it all. In construction, "finish work" is the final craftsmanship that makes a space complete, and seeing things through from start to finish is exactly what we do for you.

A small team that shows up.
Giving back matters to us, and that includes how we treat our clients. On our own time, Randy and Peter mentor local youth, and Maleah shares her craft to lift up the community through creative work.
Beyond that, we're open to taking on ongoing pro bono work for a selected few clients whose values line up with ours, chosen together as a team. We haven't partnered with anyone yet, but we're ready when the right fit comes along. Right now we're focused on two causes that don't always get the attention of bigger organizations, mental health and foster youth.
The truth is, we get as much as we give. This work introduces us to people we might never have met, and it keeps us grounded, humble, and better at our jobs.
